I am aware and understand that the activities offered by Alpine Heliski (AHS) are inherently risky, the participation of which could result in me suffering damage to my property or person, including serious injury or death. The activities include, but without limitation skiing, snowboarding and telemarking as well as travelling to and from the location where the activities are carried out. I acknowledge the presence of hazards, which include but without being exhaustive, such things as mountainous terrain, avalanches, rocks, cliffs, cornices, crevasses, ice, extreme or sudden changes in weather conditions, changing snow conditions, mechanical failure and helicopters create ever present risks when participating in the activities offered by AHS. AHS will identify, assess, eliminate or minimise risk involved in undertaking activities so far as reasonably practicable.

I also accept that these risks, dangers and hazards involve the possibility of personal injury, emotional trauma, death, property damage and loss, which may affect family, my friends and me. Knowing the risks, I still wish to participate in the Activity and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, however caused.
